Eileen Murray Obituary, Death Eileen Murray (née McEvoy), also known as Eileen Murray (née McEvoy) (Lurgan), has passed away. Both of these names allowed people to identify her. On November 12, 2023, she passed away peacefully in the Craigavon Area Hospital. Eileen, dearly beloved wife of the late Gerry Murray, 30 Hillcrest Lurgan BT66 8QE and formerly of Ailsbury Park Taghnevan, and much loved mother of Colette, Julia, Elaine, Michael, Fiona, and the late Brendan R.I.P., beloved mother-in-law of Greg, Peter, and Wayne, and loving nanny to Ryan, Nadine, Niall, Ciara, Reece, Lea, and the late baby Ross, and great GG to Harper and Séanán
Eileen’s mortal remains will lay in repose at her home today, Monday, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and then again on Tuesday, February 12, from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Both days are Mondays. On Wednesday, the funeral will start at 9.30 in the morning, and then everyone will make their way to St. Paul’s Church for the requiem mass at 10 in the morning. Following the service, the funeral procession made its way to St. Colman’s Cemetery for the burial. Visitors to St. Paul’s Church can watch Eileen’s Requiem Mass via the church’s webcam. Please ask Our Lady of Knock to pray for her intercession in this matter.
After her demise, her devoted children, including her daughters, son, and sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and sisters, as well as the rest of her family circle, will mourn her terribly.
