Barbara Black Obituary, Death Cause – Charles is survived by his sister Patricia Davis and her husband Darrell, as well as his brother Irvin “Buck” Black Sr. and his wife Tracey. This tragic loss has left his family in shambles, but they will carry on his legacy. Patsy Bauerlien and her husband Roy, Ricky Stouffer and his wife Patty, Karen Bauerlein and her husband Jack, James Stouffer and his wife Sharon, and Michael Stouffer and his wife Kris are Barbara’s surviving siblings. The circle of family members who will definitely be affected by the weight of this tragedy is further extended by an aunt named Diana Ferguson and an uncle named John Nickoles.

The loss of Charles’s siblings, Shirley Harpe and Maurice Black, adds another layer of anguish to the wound caused by his parents’ passing. Gage Black, their grandchild, joined his grandparents Charles and Barbara and his aunt Debbie Hill shortly after in the same tragic occurrence. This added an additional layer of sorrow to the family that was already in the process of grieving for their loved ones.

On Wednesday, November 15, 2023, between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00 pm and 6:00 and 8:00 pm, friends and well-wishers are invited to pay their respects at Windsor Station, which is located at 101 High Street in New Windsor. This event is being held in honor of Charles and Barbara. On Thursday, November 16, beginning at 10 a.m. and continuing until the start of the ceremony at 11 a.m., there will be additional opportunities to remember those who have passed away at Windsor Station. The celebration of life service will be officiated by Pastor Darrell Davis, who will lead those in attendance through a service that attempts to honor the lives of two persons who left an indelible mark on those who were lucky enough to know them.

As the community comes together to commemorate and grieve Charles and Barbara, may the memories that are shared and the enduring legacy that they leave behind bring some measure of peace in the face of the terrible sadness that everyone is experiencing. Those who were left behind will definitely benefit greatly from the assistance of their families, friends, and the community as they make their way through the difficult journey that lies ahead.
